Privacy Policy
Pulse · Last updated 9 August 2026
Pulse is a game. This policy explains exactly what it stores and what it sends.
What Pulse does not do
- No analytics or tracking of any kind. Firebase Analytics is disabled.
- No advertising, and no advertising identifier (IDFA) is requested.
- No data is sold, shared, or used for marketing.
- No location, contacts, photos, microphone, or health data is accessed.
Playing without an account
You can use every feature of the game without signing in. In that case all progress stays on your device and nothing is transmitted.
If you sign in
Signing in with Apple, Google, or an email address creates an account through Firebase Authentication, operated by Google. Pulse stores:
- An account identifier.
- Your email address, if the sign-in method provides one.
- Your experience points, level, run counts, and best scores.
- For the leaderboard: your best Competitive score and an automatically generated display name.
This exists only to carry your progress between your own devices and to show the leaderboard. It is never used for anything else.
Leaderboard names
Leaderboard names are generated from your account identifier and cannot be edited. Pulse does not collect or display any name you have chosen yourself.
Deleting your data
Settings contains Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all stored progress and leaderboard entries. It cannot be undone. You may also simply delete the app, which removes all on-device data.
Children
Pulse is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
