Daily
The same rhythms for every player in the world, changing at midnight UTC.
Arcs close in on the centre of the screen. Tap when they land. Eight cardiac rhythms, from a slow steady beat to atrial fibrillation.
Free on iOS. No ads, no purchases, no tracking.
The audio clock is the only clock. What you see cannot drift from what you hear.
No tutorial. No setup. A 3, 2, 1 countdown, then arcs from four directions. Tap anywhere in time with each beat.
Each beat is a ring shrinking toward a centre core. Radius is a pure function of the audio clock, so a dropped frame shifts nothing.
Perfect, good, or miss. Some beats ask for a swipe instead of a tap. Heartbeat haptics sit under the sound if you want them.
Three misses in Daily and Casual. One miss in Competitive. Every hit still pays experience, so a short run is not wasted.
The medicine shaped these timings. The game just plays them. Pick a row. The trace follows, using the same interval function as the audio engine.
Not a medical device. The names are flavour. Pulse does not measure, diagnose, or advise on anything.
The same rhythms for every player in the world, changing at midnight UTC.
Pick a rhythm, or let Auto climb the ladder as you survive. Three misses.
The rhythm changes without warning. One miss ends the run. This is the board that ranks.
The heart stops, tap the instant it does. Or hear a phrase and tap it back from memory.
Hits earn experience. Levels unlock colour themes and heartbeat sound kits. Your chart lists the rhythms you are weakest at, weakest first, so you know what to practise.
An account is optional. Guest play is a peer of Apple, Google, or email, not fine print. Leaderboard names are generated and cannot be edited, so the board is never user written text.
Score, themes, kits, haptics. All of it stays on the device unless you sign in.
No. Pulse is a game. Rhythm names are flavour and difficulty design. It does not measure, diagnose, or advise on anything. If you have concerns about your heart, speak to a doctor.
No. Welcome ends with Continue without an account, and the game is complete from there. Sign in only if you want progress on another device, or the leaderboard.
Nothing. No in-app purchases, no advertising, no tracking. Firebase Analytics is off. No IDFA.
Nothing if you play as a guest. If you sign in: an account identifier, an email if the provider supplies one, scores, level, and a generated leaderboard name. See the Privacy Policy.
Daily is the same worldwide seed, reset at midnight UTC. Casual lets you pick a rhythm or climb them. Competitive shuffles without warning and one miss ends it.
iPhone. Built for iOS 27. One thumb, so it is meant to be played in a single hand.
It is finished and verified on a real device. A demo video, then submit. This page will grow an App Store button when Apple has a listing.
Settings, Account, Delete account. That removes the account, stored progress, and leaderboard entries. Deleting the app removes what is on the device.
Each one already had a timing character. Bradycardia is slow. Wenckebach drops a beat. A-Fib has no grid. Using the real names keeps the ladder honest. It is not a lesson about heart conditions.
No. Names are generated from the account id so the board is never user written text. That keeps the first review out of the user generated content queue.
Eight real cardiac rhythms. One thumb. Free, with nothing to buy and nothing watching you.
